Requisition for Manpower

i. Recording and Tracking

As and when a potential employee is required for a new position or in replacement of an old employee, HR receives the request for search of the same, over call or email from the respective HOD.

The HR Department maintains the record of these requisitions in the tracker which contains the following details:

(i) The position and the Unit for which the requisition is received

(ii) The qualification and experience level required for the position

(iii)The Budget Range for the given position, etc

The Status of the requisition, the name of the co-ordinator and remarks are regularly updated in the sheet.
